Looking for a fun, family-friendly place for your next birthday party or small gathering?

Encore Pool members can now rent one of our two designated areas for their special event!

Who Can Rent a Space?

Only current WGHOA Homeowners and current Associate Members.

How to Reserve:

Download and complete the Encore Pool Party Rental Agreement.

Read and agree to the party fees and rules.

Submit the completed agreement, rental fee, and cleaning deposit to the pool office at least 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Wait for approval from the Pool Manager before sending invitations.

Please allow 3–5 days for approval, or 2 weeks for parties with 11–20 guests.

Available Rental Areas:

Shallow End Arbor (near the shallow end of the pool)

Deep End Corner (closest to the Rosenbaum parking lot)

Food & Drinks:

You’re welcome to bring your own food — but NO glass containers allowed.

Party Rules & Info:

Member host must be present and responsible for all guests for the duration of the party.

Parties may only be scheduled when lifeguard and gate attendant are on duty.

Maximum rental time: 3 hours
➝ Additional hours: $100 per hour

No outside entertainment (clowns, bounce houses, magicians, etc.)

Wristbands will be provided for all guests.

Guests cannot check in before 1:00 p.m. without Pool Manager’s approval.

Limit of 20 guests per party (including both swimmers and non-swimmers)

💸 Fees:

$300 party fee (non-refundable)
➝ Covers up to 20 guests

$35 per hour if an additional lifeguard is required

$100 refundable cleaning deposit separate payment required (returned if area is clean post-party)
