Looking for a great place to have your next birthday party or small gathering?

Members of Encore Pool can now rent out one of the two designated areas for their next special event.

Who can rent out party space at Encore Pool?

Only current WGHOA Homeowners and current Associate Members can reserve a space at Encore Pool.

I am a member of Encore Pool how do I rent a space for my special event?

Download and complete the Encore Pool Party Rental Agreement, read and agree to party fees and rules, submit “Encore Pool Party Rental Agreement” to the pool with rental fees and deposit fee and a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your planned date.

Can I start sending out invitations to my party guests?

No, you must wait for the Pool Manager’s approval for the party.

What areas are available for rent at the pool?

The two areas available 1. Shallow End this is located under the arbor at the shallow end of the pool, 2. Deep Side Corner located at the deep end closest to the Rosenbaum parking lot.

Am I able to bring my own food to the pool?

Yes, you can bring your own food to the pool, but we just ask that you do not bring any glass or glass containers into the pool facility.

What are the Encore Pool party rental rules?

Encore Pool member MUST host the party and be present at all times, and be responsible for all guests. Encore Pool member is required to inform their guests of all pool rules of Encore Pool.

Party may be scheduled only during hours in which a pool attendant and lifeguard are on duty. Parties will be limited to maximum of 3 hours and guests will be expected to leave at the end of the party.

Parties over 3 hours will be charged an additional $100.00 per hour over the original rental fee.

Rental requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance on a space available basis with approval of the Encore Pool Manager.

Party is not considered booked until confirmed by Encore Pool Manager. Please allow pool manager 3-5 days to approve your party rental. If you have 11-20 guests, please allow pool manager two weeks to approve the party rental.

You will be allowed the use of (3) tables and (1) charcoal barbecue (you will need to bring the charcoal, fuel matches and any cooking utensils. No gas barbecues can be brought into the Encore Pool facility.)

If you need more tables than what is provided you will need to provide them for your party.

We do not allow additional entertainment such as but not limited to; clowns; jumpy houses; magicians; or animal friends.

What are the fees to have a Pool Party Rental?

A $250.00 party fee (non-refundable). Please use a separate check.

Party fee covers cost of up to 20 guests. There is a limit of 20 guests. The party host/hostess must be at the pool prior to the guest arrival. You must check in all guests on your Guest List that was turned in to the attendant a week prior to the party. Wrist bands will be given to all guests in your party.  Pool Rules will be gone over with your guests prior to guest entering the pool. No guest can be checked into the pool before 1 p.m. unless authorized by Pool Manager.

There will be a $35 per hour charge for all parties which an additional lifeguard is needed. This charge will cover the additional cost of having a second lifeguard on duty during the party.

A $100.00 cleaning deposit (refundable) is due when your request is submitted. Please use separate check or cash. After your party, please allow 7 business days for your deposit to be returned. Your deposit is refundable if the attendant on duty and Pool Manager determines that the area you were using is left clean (refer to Party Cleanup Evaluation Form). Please make checks payable to Willow Glen Homeowners Association. All checks must be drawn against the Encore Pool Member’s checking account only.

Attendant will check your party area to make sure it is cleaned to receive deposit back.
