How to reserve a party date and time?

1. Print the Party Rental Form

2. Read and agree to party fee and rules.

3. Submit comleted agreement, rental fee, & cleaning deposit to the pool manager. (minimum 2 weeks before desired date.

4. Wait for approval from the manager before inviting your guests.

5. Please allow 3-5 days for the approval or 2 weeks for parties 11-20 guests.

Who can have a pool party at Encore Pool?

Only current WGHOA Homeowners and current Associate Members can book a party at Encore Pool.

Party Fees

$300 party fee (non-refundable)
➝ Covers up to 20 guests

$35 per hour if an additional lifeguard is required

$100 refundable cleaning deposit separate payment required (returned if area is clean post-party)

Day of the Party

Member host must be present and responsible for all guests for the duration of the party.

Parties may only be scheduled when lifeguard and gate attendant are on duty.

Maximum rental time: 3 hours
➝ Additional hours: $100 per hour

No outside entertainment (clowns, bounce houses, magicians, etc.)

Guests cannot check in before 1:00 p.m. without Pool Manager’s approval.

Limit of 20 guests per party (including both swimmers and non-swimmers)
