Homeowner Dues
make this facility possible. Whether or not a homeowner chooses to use the pool, annual dues are required. All homeowners are responsible for annual dues as part of the deed you signed when you purchased your home. These dues help maintain the pool facilities and community areas for everyone’s benefit. whether or not you chose to use the pool.
Annual Billing
Annual homeowner billing is mailed out in January. If you do not receive yours by January 31st it is your responsibility to email: Bookkeeper. Your payment is due April 15th. Payments after this date will incur a 10% late fee and / or potential additional collection cost or fees.
Increase in Dues?
The increase covers the rising operational costs such as insurance, utilities, chemicals, maintenance, landscaping and payroll for staff.
Homeowner (Landlord)
Homeowners who rent their property may extend pool access to tenants by submitting a Landlord Permission Form
Selling Your Home
What you need to know If you are planning to sell your home in the WGHOA area, please review the following:
Before you list, your WGHOA dues must be paid in full before the sale can be completed.
During Escrow, a $500 transfer fee will be paid through the escrow account.
Inform the buyer the property is part of Willow Glen Homeowners Association, Inc., and the annual dues are required and must be paid by April 14th each year.
